Survey & positioning
Technical support for vessel and subsea positioning systems, sensor configuration and integration into the survey spread.
Independent technical consultancy
Practical support for offshore survey, positioning and subsea systems — from project preparation to mobilisation and operations.
About Callum Malley Ltd
Callum Malley Ltd is led by Callum Malley, a survey systems specialist with a practical background in offshore survey equipment, ROV sensor integration, vessel mobilisation and positioning systems.
Callum began working with survey equipment at Subsea Technology & Rentals in 2018, building experience in testing, maintenance, calibration and mobilisation. He went on to work as a Senior Survey Engineer with Beam / Rovco before moving into survey technical lead work.
His experience spans onshore preparation and offshore operations, including acoustic positioning, INS/DVL, multibeam systems, survey networks and ROV-mounted sensors. He also prepares mobilisation plans, FAT reports, technical procedures, wiring diagrams and system layouts.
Clients work directly with Callum for focused technical support: reviewing system interfaces, identifying integration risks and preparing equipment and documentation for mobilisation.
